Opening of The Lily Pad Lounge,

are just a few that started at the Lily Pad Lounge.
The Lily Pad Lounge is known for the years of helping new musicians with equipment,
software and setup to be able to fulfill their dream of performing live in Second Life.

Frogg Marlowe released the first CD made from a recording of his SL performances

It was called “Frogg Works Alone” recorded and produced by Cua Curie

The episode will feature dialog between Chris Lydon and his guests on issues

Jeff Tully, Cylindrian Rutabaga, Flaming Moe, Foxyflwr Cure, Kourosh Eusebio,

This was also the debut of Juel Resistance on SL
Menorca opens with the following musicians :

The Grand Opening of Menorca was the first in SL to be sponsored by

The event is sponsored by Angelic Weddings, who organises virtual weddings in
secondlife. The venture is a part of Enable Enterprises,
a disability consultancy company owned by Simon Stevens,
who won Community Category of Enterprising Young Brit in 2004.

The Hedrons do a live 30-minute set to promote their album, One More Won’t Kill Us,
which drops the same day.The SL show will take place at a new venue
called the Hedro Dome
Metajams was held in Menorca. featuring:
Melvin Took, Ricardo Sprocket, Komuso Tokugawa, Cylindrian Rutabaga,
Jaycatt Nico, Frogg Marlowe, Slim Warrior.
Kaklick Martin organises a 11 Hour marathon concert for the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk campaign,
artists that performed : Rich Desoto, Snow Gretzky, Rosedrop Rust, Nico Donburi,
Weiss Plessis, Silas Scarborough, Chronic Skronski, Komuso Tokagawa,
Ka-Klick Martin, Juel Resistence, Johnny99 Gumshoe.
Together they raised over $ 600 USD for the Alzheimers Association.

Featured both live and not live sets from some big RL acts including the Pet shop boys
and had a stage just for SL acts which included Slim Warrior, StrangeFates,
Doubledown Tandino, Dj Jenns, Clayton, Wire Diasies, Moshang Zhao,
VLB & Tony Moore.
just to mention here, the SL stage was packed the whole time,
i myself wasnt able to tp in to get on stage becase the region was full
so was late for the start of the strangefates set, lol.
It was a great weekend and a real boost at the time to SL music.

The French Quarter opens with a ticketed event by Komuso Tokugawa and Von Johin,
also using ninjam, They sold out in just over a day after going on sale to keep
the sim performance reasonable for the audience.
Setlist was :
Von Johin solo,
Komuso solo (with 1924 martin acoustic, 1934 National Steel, and electric),
then Komuso on Harp with Von Johin followed by
Von on Bass with Komuso’s electric set.
